There amazing access to day and backcountry hiking around Tahoe / Donner. Immaculate trails, incredible views, water everywhere, and great food abounds.

I took it for granted for at least a decade, but very stoked to be back immersed in it again this year.

A handful of climbers passed by carrying big crash pads as we packed up in the morning.

Pedestrians are always top priority when it comes to American infrastructure. 😃🔫

Most of the time erosion pulls rocks 🪨 downward ⬇️
