Pacific Crest Trail - Day 38

Start: Mile 328.8 - Silverwood Lakes Campground
End: Mile 341.9 - Cajon Pass
Today was a bit over 13 miles to wind up exactly where we started: Cojon Pass.
We got a ride to Silverwood Lakes from the Cojon Paas Inn this mornin, and hiked directly back. We should have just left our bags at the hotel and hiked with a liter or two of water.

It was still breezy, but the storm was largely dissipating.

Egregious selfie content.

It’s just power lines, but I really like this picture.

Mount Baden-Powell peaking out from the clouds with a fresh coat of snow from yesterday’s storm. We’ll be standing on top of it in a few days.

This rock looked like a Goron from Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time

We’re heading under that spooky overpass tomorrow morning. Probably into some sort of dimensional limbo.
