End: Mile 440.3 - Backcountry camp
Our longest day yet took place almost entirely in the clouds with ~3000 ft of ascent and 6500 ft of descent.
There were lots of spooky scenes walking through the aftermath of the 2009 Station Fire in the mist.
Pacifico Mountain!
Definitely a day to zip up the shorts into pants.

Still some color in the mist.
Like a glove. Lots of the tent sites on the PCT are only big enough to squeeze a 1 person tent in to - I dug out a few inches of dirt to make this one work with the Stratospire.
